- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/2 cup coconut water (optional)
Instructions
- Add wild blueberries, water, lemon juice, maple syrup or honey, sea salt, and coconut water (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a large pitcher and strain the mixture to remove pulp and skins.
- Stir the liquid well to ensure the salt is fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or salt as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold over ice, garnished with extra blueberries or lemon slices if desired.
