Description

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked brisket, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine brisket, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  4. Fold the sides inward, roll up tightly, and seal the edge with water.
  5. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
