- 4 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning of apples)
Instructions
- Begin by washing and peeling the apples. Cut them into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the chopped apples to prevent browning. Toss gently to coat.
- While the apples sit, chop the Snickers bars into small pieces. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and caramel sauce. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped Snickers and mini marshmallows to the apples. Pour the peanut butter-caramel mixture over the top.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well coated. Be careful not to crush the apples or Snickers too much.
