Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli is a creamy and delicious meal that’s easy to prepare.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound fettuccine or pasta of choice
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then place them in the slow cooker.
- Scatter the broccoli florets over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 20 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Shred it using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the remaining Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and gently mix until well coated with the sauce.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
