- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef (deli-style)
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Au Jus: In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until warmed and well combined. Set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet.
- Place half of the sliced roast beef evenly across the center of the pastry. Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Layer the remaining roast beef on top of the cheese.
- Carefully fold the sides of the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the pastry into squares or rectangles.
