  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring the chicken is submerged.
  3. Layer the diced carrots and celery on top of the chicken.
  4. Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once the cooking time is complete, remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
