- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the sauce becomes creamy.
